Join us as our new Maintenance Technician at Jubilee Heights care home in Bury.

As our Maintenance Technician, you'll enjoy a varied and challenging role. You'll be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the home, ensuring it's always in excellent condition and a safe, welcoming environment for residents, staff and visitors.

About the role

In this role you will:

• Carry out general maintenance, including painting, decorating, plumbing, tiling and installation of fixtures and fittings.
• Perform regular risk assessments, audits and safety checks.
• Support residents by ensuring all areas of the home are clean, safe and well maintained.
• Work with the team to address any maintenance issues promptly and efficiently.

• Broad range of maintenance skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation and regulations in a care setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Basic digital literacy and computer understanding.
