We have continued to review the balance of temporary to permanent roles within the business and we are now able confirm that we have created further opportunities for permanent roles for Machinists at our Filton site.

All interested applicants will be assessed using a Temporary to Permanent Employment Assessment matrix which will assess the temporary worker against criteria such as; quality of work, initiative, transferable skills, stamp holder, and behaviours in line with the GKN 5 Principles.
