As a production operator in Venlo, you will contribute to transforming raw glass plates into high-quality finished products. Working in one of Europe's leading independent glass companies, you'll ensure that every product meets the highest standards of safety, durability, and design. This role requires precision, teamwork, and a hands-on approach in a dynamic, physically demanding environment. What You Will Do:
- Receive and prepare: glass plates for processing, ensuring they are ready for production.
- Operate and monitor: machinery to shape and refine glass products to meet quality standards.
- Ensure safety: by following protocols when handling glass and operating equipment.
- Collaborate: with your team to achieve production targets in 2- or 3-shift schedules.
- Conduct inspections: to maintain product quality and address technical issues as they arise.

- Hourly wage starting at €15,25 + shift allowance.
- Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
- Guaranteed 38 working hours per week.
- 15% shift allowance for 2-shift work, 23% for 3-shift work.
- 8% holiday allowance and €0.23/km travel reimbursement.
- Free daily fruit and excellent coffee to fuel your day.
