As a production operator in Venlo, you will contribute to transforming raw glass plates into high-quality finished products. Working in one of Europe's leading independent glass companies, you'll ensure that every product meets the highest standards of safety, durability, and design. What You Will Do:

• Receive and prepare: glass plates for processing, ensuring they are ready for production.
• Operate and monitor: machinery to shape and refine glass products to meet quality standards.
• Ensure safety: by following protocols when handling glass and operating equipment.
• Collaborate: with your team to achieve production targets in 2- or 3-shift schedules.
• Conduct inspections: to maintain product quality and address technical issues as they arise.

• Hourly wage starting at €15,25 + shift allowance.
• Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
• Guaranteed 38 working hours per week.
• 15% shift allowance for 2-shift work, 23% for 3-shift work.
• 8% holiday allowance and €0.23/km travel reimbursement.
