Machine operator glass production

As a production medewerker at Scheuten Glas, you will play an important role in creating high-quality glass products for various applications. Working in a dynamic and supportive environment, you'll operate advanced machinery, ensure smooth production processes, and contribute to a safe and efficient workplace. With hands-on training and guidance, you'll quickly develop the skills needed to excel in this role while adapting to a 3-shift schedule.

What You Will Do:

• Operate: advanced production machines to prepare glass products according to specifications.
• Ensure: the quality of products through regular checks and adjustments during the production process.
• Perform: routine maintenance and collaborate with the technical team to address any machine issues.
• Follow: safety procedures and use protective equipment to maintain a secure working environment.
• Collaborate: with colleagues to meet production targets and continuously improve processes.

• Earn a salary of €3149 per month, including shift allowance.
• Start with a temporary contract, with the prospect of a permanent position.
• Work full-time, 38 hours per week, in a structured 3-shift schedule.
• Receive a travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer and an annual bonus potential of up to €2500 gross.
