As a Machine Operator, you play an important role in the production process. Your tasks include:

• Operating and monitoring production machines
• Solving machine malfunctions and troubleshooting technical issues
• Performing product changes (such as mold changes)
• Carrying out daily production quality checks
• Working according to quality and safety regulations
• Following Health & Safety and Food Safety guidelines
• Joining daily shift meetings with the Shift Leader

You will be working in a 5-shift rotation system:

• You will work in a rotating 2-2-2 schedule (6 days):
  • 2 morning shifts (06:00 - 14:00)
  • 2 afternoon shifts (14:00 - 22:00)
  • 2 night shifts (22:00 - 06:00)
  • Followed by 4 days off

• Experience as a Machine Operator
• Technical insight and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills in Dutch or English
• Basic knowledge of Word and Excel
• Own transportation (bike, scooter, or car)
• 7 days availability for rotating shifts

Wat wij bieden

• Salary between €22.60 and €25.00 gross per hour
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per km
• Annual bonus
• 25 vacation days
