We are recruiting for Machine Operatives.

Monday to Thursday (Full time hours)

06:00 - 18:00

£13.16 - £14.48 per hour basic rate

Fakenham, NR21 8EH

No public transport available to site, own transport required.

Kingdom People are recruiting for several Machine Operatives to work at one of our client's sites in Fakenham (NR21 8EH). The customer is a leading food manufacturer (Vegetarian) that operates in ambient environment.

This role supports the Shift Manager and Team Leaders in running an efficient, high-performing production area, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

Temporary to permanent available after minimum 12 weeks

The Role

Machine Operatives will be expected to do the following tasks (list is not exhaustive):

• Support the smooth and efficient running of the production line/area
• Maintain high standards of product quality, GMP, health & safety, and customer service
• Help deliver KPI targets with a well-trained and motivated team
• Operate a variety of production machinery
• Strip down, clean, and set up machines as required
• Promote open communication at all levels

Requirements

Machine Operatives ideally need to fulfil the following requirements:

• Be able to work 12hr shift
• Previous experience is not required
• Being able to commute to Fakenham, NR21 8DH
• Basic communication in English (written and spoken)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
