Machine Learning Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for real-world applications
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to translate business requirements into ML solutions
• Preprocess, clean, and analyze large datasets
• Monitor and optimize model performance in production
• Implement scalable ML pipelines (ETL, training, serving) using cloud infrastructure
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and techniques in machine learning and AI

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Experience with data engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Knowledge of MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong understanding of statistics, algorithms, and deep learning concepts
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus

Nice to Have

• Experience with computer vision, NLP, or time series analysis
• Background in software engineering and CI/CD practices
• Knowledge of GDPR and ethical considerations in AI
• Familiarity with BI tools and data visualization (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
