We're working with a large enterprise client that is looking to hire an experienced Microsoft 365 Technical Architect to join a major workplace transformation programme.

This is an architecture role where you'll take ownership of the design and delivery of enterprise Microsoft 365 solutions, leading large-scale tenant migrations while ensuring security, governance and compliance across a complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Microsoft 365 architecture across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive.
• Develop target-state architecture, migration strategies and implementation roadmaps.
• Lead enterprise tenant-to-tenant migrations and divestiture activities.
• Deliver Day 1 / Day 2 readiness and TSA exit workstreams.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, IAM and business stakeholders.
• Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership throughout project delivery.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise cloud, security and governance standards.

Required Experience

You'll ideally have:

• 10+ years working within Microsoft Infrastructure and Microsoft 365.
• Strong architecture experience across:
  • Exchange Online
  • Microsoft Teams
  • SharePoint Online
  • OneDrive
  • Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Strong understanding of:
  • Hybrid Identity
  • SSO
  • Microsoft Security & Compliance (DLP, Retention, eDiscovery)
• Proven experience delivering enterprise M365 migration programmes.
• Experience with PowerShell automation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Desirable:

• Tenant-to-Tenant migration experience
• Zero Trust architecture
• Azure/AWS/GCP exposure
• Microsoft certifications (M365 Enterprise Administrator / Azure Solutions Architect).
