M365 Product Manager

On behalf of National Savings & Investments, we are looking for a M365 Product Manager (Inside IR35) for a 18 Month contract based Hybrid in London, Glasgow or Durham.

As a M365 Product Manager, your main responsibilities will be:
. Lead the M365 product road map, driving its adoption and delivery. Ensuring it aligns with business goals.
. Manage product life cycle, help build the current roadmap into an actionable plan collaborating with stakeholders to deliver value.
. Translating technical roadmaps into user-centric experiences and ensuring continued improvement.
. Engage with internal & external stakeholders to identify needs, negotiate priorities and ensure alignment with business objectives.
. Guide the entire product life cycle from discovery and design through development, release, and end of life.
. Develop business cases, User stories, align priorities and work with infrastructure and security teams to ensure user needs are met. Always measuring success to improve outcomes.

Essential:
. Deep Knowledge of Microsoft 365,
. Experienced in managing the full M365 product life cycle,
. Proven ability to prioritise and manage product backlog and roadmaps based on Business & User needs, value, effort and changing priorities.
. Clear and effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
. Ability to align product strategy with business goals in a fast paced environment
