M365 Copilot SME

M365 Copilot SMEs required to provide 3rd/4th line operational support for Microsoft Copilot within a large enterprise Microsoft 365 environment based in the area of Sheffield, long term contract offering excellent rates Inside IR35.

Key Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve complex M365 Copilot incidents and multi-user issues
• Perform root cause analysis across M365 Admin Centre, Entra ID, Conditional Access, SharePoint/OneDrive, Teams, GPOs, and monitoring tools
• Support policy changes, configuration updates, and mass deployments
• Contribute to observability and monitoring using enterprise tooling
• Share Copilot knowledge and best practices with wider M365 teams

• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 at enterprise scale
• Strong experience with Microsoft Copilot, Entra ID, Conditional Access, SharePoint/OneDrive permissions
• Experience working in regulated environments with audit-ready documentation
• Microsoft Teams Voice (mandatory)
