Job Description

We're working with a major UK-wide organisation preparing for a Windows 11 upgrade and Microsoft 365 adoption programme across the UK, and we're looking for an experienced Digital Adoption & Change Lead to help embed meaningful, user-led transformation across the business.

This is not a technical deployment role, it's about educating, enabling, and engaging a diverse workforce through a significant digital shift. You'll be responsible for building an approach to ensure colleagues are confident using the full Windows 11/M365 toolset (including Teams, OneDrive, etc.), creating impactful training and engagement strategies, and driving consistent adoption with both tech savvy and non-savvy members of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the non-technical rollout of Windows 11 and M365 tools across UK regions

  • Shape and deliver digital adoption strategies to suit a wide range of user personas

  • Develop training plans, communications, and best practices for using Windows 11, Teams, OneDrive and more

  • Monitor and analyse tool usage metrics to improve engagement and refine rollout

  • Work closely with regional managers in Scotland and England, and with the central point of contact

  • Influence stakeholders and champion user adoption and behavioural change

  • Travel across regions as needed to support on-site adoption activities

What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in digital adoption or change management roles (especially around Microsoft 365 or Windows upgrades)

  • Able to engage both technically confident users and those less comfortable with change

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience delivering adoption programmes across multiple regions

  • Able to track adoption metrics and demonstrate user engagement impact

  • Comfortable with hybrid working and regular travel across UK sites

Contract Details:

  • Length: Until March 2026 (Inside IR35)

  • Location: Hybrid with UK travel (Scotland and South England regions)
