We're Hiring: M&E Site Manager
Location: Nationwide - HO Castleford - accommodation PAID.
Sectors: Commercial
Project Types: Supermarkets
Dayrate: £280 - £330 a day - permanent salary TBD
Duration: Temp-to-perm, perm, long term freelance

We are hiring for a temp-to-perm M&E Site Manager based from our client's head office in Castleford starting in the new year. The manager will be working across the UK on leading supermarkets completing M&E, HVAC upgrades and installations, working directly alongside the Project Manager. Accommodation is sorted by client.

What you'll do as a M&E Site Manager

• Oversee M&E HVAC upgrade/installation projects on leading UK supermarkets UK wide
• Report directly to the Project Manager and head office
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and specialist subcontractors on-site
• Ensure works are delivered in line with programme, drawings, and specifications
• Liaise with design teams, consultants, and client representatives
• Chair and attend site meetings and provide progress updates
• Ensure H&S is adhered to

Required Qualifications/Experience

• Experience working on M&E/HVAC projects
• CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid + relevant mechanical and electrical qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a Site Managers position
• UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
• MUST be willing to travel/ work away
