Bouygues operates an MEP Unbundled strategy to improve quality, safety and project control. We are expanding our team for a project based in Jersey.

Required Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in M&E Quantity Surveying at a senior level with a main contractor / MEP subcontractor.
• Managing M&E subcontractor packages.
• Experience in producing financial reports, including forecast, net margin and activity.
• Strong commercial awareness.
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail and produces accurate work.
• Facilitates training and development of the Quantity Surveying Team.
• Solid understanding/management of company reporting timetables, key tools and procedures.
• BSc in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Experience covering both pre contract and post contract stages.

Role Summary

Maximise the commercial results of projects by delivering optimum profit performance against internal budgets. Responsible for procurement of sub contractors and financial & contractual management. Collaborate with the Project Manager and other members of the Project team. Prepare and agree interim valuations with the client and progress agreement of variations as work proceeds using company tools.
