M&E Quantity Surveyor required for a project on a a 12 month contract in West London
Your Responsibilities:
- Managing/Negotiation of Sub-Contract packages
- Produce monthly commercial reports
- Monthly financial reviews and financial control
- Dispute resolution managing Contracts
- Procurement and tender reviews, final accounts
- Cost Estimation and Budgeting, variations
