M&E Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor - Immediate Requirement

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced M&E Project or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading contractor delivering a number of major new build and refurbishment developments across East and Central London.

The projects range in scale from £80m to £250m, spanning sectors such as data centres, life sciences, logistics, and commercial office buildings. This position offers stability, progression, and the chance to play a key role on high-profile schemes.

Rate / Salary: £450-£500 per day (outside IR35 available) or £70k-£100k + benefits (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing procurement and subcontract packages
• Handling all post-contract commercial duties
• Overseeing full project life cycle from pre-construction to final account
• Supporting project teams to ensure successful financial delivery

About You:

• 4-10+ years' post-degree experience within a main contractor or M&E subcontractor

• Strong commercial awareness and leadership skills
