As a Meetings and Events (M&E) Supervisor, you'll be keeping the M&E operation running like clockwork and leading your team to ensure our guests have an incredible experience with us.

Key Responsibilities

• Be yourself!
• Be a vibrant host for customers and an expert in recognising their needs-customer retention is a crucial part of this role!
• Be hands on and visible in the operation with the ability to lead and multi task.
• Keep the details in mind-take ownership for ensuring the hotel facilities and equipment are well maintained.
• Have great communication skills-establish relationships with organisers and other departments within the hotel.
• Ensure staffing levels are adequate for upcoming events.
• Assist the F&B Team whenever M&E is not busy.
