M&A Integration - Senior Associate, Advisory Consulting

In our Merger and Acquisition Integration practice within Delivering Deal Value Services, the Senior Associate will work with a team of problem solvers to support clients in creating maximum value from their deal transactions. The role focuses on all operational aspects of transactions, from pre deal due diligence through post completion integration and divestiture support.

Responsibilities

• Support on strategic M&A and carve out projects - from pre deal due diligence to post close integration and separation planning.
• Apply strong analytical and innovative thinking skills, coupled with a solution design mindset, to lead multiple complex client projects.
• Partner with clients, proactively assisting the management of multiple engagements.
• Participate actively in client or management discussions to gather data and understand issues; facilitate working sessions for medium to large sized groups.
• Manage and conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses of complex data.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree qualified and 3+ years' experience in M&A and divestitures.
• Demonstrable knowledge and a proven record of success in M&A and divestitures, including pre deal operations and IT due diligence, integration planning, separation planning, synergy and cost savings analysis, and post close transformation.
• Strong project management skills within a complex project environment, with multiple stakeholders in a fast paced work setting.
