Luxury Hotel Chef de Partie - Fixed-Term, Bar Team

The Red Carnation Hotel Collection is seeking a Senior Chef de Partie to join the bbar team at our Victoria venue on a fixed-term contract until December 2026. The role is 40 hours per week in a luxury setting, with a 5 days on, 2 days off pattern, offering the chance to contribute to unforgettable dining experiences.

You will collaborate with the Head Chef on menus, adhere to recipes and standards, and mentor junior staff while upholding food safety and waste reduction goals.
