Luxury Customer Service Advisor (6-Month Contract)

Harrods in Knightsbridge is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for a fixed-term 6-month contract. You will join the in-store Customer Service team on the 3rd floor, delivering a bespoke experience, resolving incidents, and supporting customers across channels while upholding Harrods' luxury brand standards.
