Salary

Grade 2 SCP 3 (full time equivalent £24,796) - Actual Salary £3,525

Hours of Work

Monday to Friday (Term Time) - 1145 hours to 1300 hours (6.25 hours/week)

Contract

Permanent, Part-Time, Term Time, 38 working weeks (Paid weeks 43.89)

The school seeks to appoint a permanent Lunchtime Supervisor.

Duties will include setting up the hall ready for lunchtime (putting out tables and chairs), supervising children during and after their lunchtime meal, assisting children with their table manners, ensuring that spillages are cleaned up promptly, supporting children whilst outside on the playground/in the classroom for wet play, working as part of a team to ensure that children are engaged and experiencing a positive experience at lunchtimes, using positive reinforcement and restorative practice and a the end of lunchtime clearing away the hall (tables and chairs), supporting the kitchen staff with cleaning the hall ready for afternoon activities.

The successful candidate will support the school's overall learning provision for children in school.
