Lunchtime Supervisor - Bohunt Horsham

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring individual to join our staff team as lunchtime supervisors. This position involves the care and supervision of students during lunchtime in the canteen and outside social areas, working with a team of teaching and non teaching staff to ensure the safety, welfare and good conduct of our students.

Previous experience of working with young people is an advantage, but enthusiasm and willingness to work flexibly as part of a team are essential.

Responsibilities

Provide safe and supportive supervision of students during lunchtime and outside social areas, ensuring their welfare and good conduct.

Qualifications

• Good organisational skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to be flexible and work as part of a team
• Sympathetic to the needs of young people

Job Details

Salary: BET Support Staff pay scale Grade 2A 2B

Contract type: Permanent

Working pattern: Monday to Friday, term time only

Hours: 12.30pm - 2.30pm

Location: Horsham, West Sussex

Interviews: TBC
