Who are we?

Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there's a kids' club for the little ones and a workspace. As the countryside companion to Maison Estelle, the manor is also a 'hosted home', bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove.

The Role:

As a Luggage Porter, you will assist our members and guests with their luggage collection and delivery from vehicles and bedrooms throughout the Estate. You will be part of the first and final experience many of our members will have, therefore you will act as the greatest ambassador to Estelle Manor and as such you should enjoy being the focal point of guest interaction whilst delivering an exceptional service. Your genuine passion for helping and hosting will shine through.

Who we are looking for:

• Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results to deadlines.
• Experience in a front of house role. Experience in hotels, other hospitality venues or retail are all advatageous.
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests.
• An enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset and hugely charismatic.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail.
• A Full UK driving license is required for this role.

The on target earning potential for this role is £16,902.40 per annum per annum based on a 20 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £15,402.40/£14.81 per hour, plus a qualified estimate of £1,500 in gratuities and service charge .
There will be the option for overtime.
