Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Chelmsford

1:1 SEN Support KS1 Immediate Start

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work in Chelmsford, providing 1:1 support for a Key Stage 1 pupil with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

The Role

• Provide 1:1 support for a KS1 pupil with SEN
• Assist with learning activities and help the pupil stay engaged
• Support emotional, social, and academic development
• Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to follow support plans

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience supporting SEN pupils (essential)
• Experience working within Primary / KS1 settings
• A patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
