About the role :
INNO is looking for a proactive and creative Loyalty & Content Marketing Specialist to strengthen our customer relationships through inspiring content, impactful loyalty initiatives, and meaningful digital interactions.
You will be responsible for engaging our community through social media, newsletters, and loyalty communications, while working cross-functionally to support brand love and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Loyalty
- Contribute to the development and execution of customer engagement strategies focused on loyalty, satisfaction, and advocacy.
- Support the implementation of exclusive perks, content, and experiences for our most loyal customers.
- Analyze behavioral data and community feedback to improve engagement initiatives.
- Segment audiences to deliver relevant and personalized communications.
Social Media
- Own day-to-day social media operations: planning, scheduling, and publishing content.
- Grow followers and boost engagement.
- Monitor performance and adjust content based on key metrics and trends.
- Stay informed on industry trends and social media innovations.
Content & Campaign
- Write compelling content for email newsletters, loyalty updates, and social posts.
- Collaborate with design and CRM teams to ensure brand consistency across channels.
- Align messaging with broader marketing campaigns and seasonal highlights.
- Support event promotion and special activations through social and email platforms.
Collaboration & Innovation
- Work closely with marketing, CRM, customer service, and product teams to align on messaging and customer journey enhancements.
- Share insights and propose new content ideas or loyalty touchpoints.
- Keep an eye on competitors and market trends to identify new opportunities for engagement.
Your Profile
- Min 2 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, social media.
- Bachelor in marketing
- Strong writing skills in French and Dutch
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Hands-on experience with social media and email marketing tools
- Curious, creative, customer-focused, and data-driven.
