Lounge Host: Guest Experience & F&B Expert (Shifts)

Swissport is seeking a Customer Service Agent at Manchester Airport to greet guests, check them in, and guide them through the lounge experience. You will work across reception, food and beverage, and back-of-house tasks, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency.

Shift work includes early morning and late-night hours with a night shift allowance. You should bring hospitality or customer service experience, excellent communication, and a team-oriented attitude to join a dynamic lounge
