London Private Equity Lawyer (4-6 PQE) - Complex PE Deals

IDEX Consulting is seeking a 4-6 PQE Lawyer to join a leading private equity team in London. You will advise on all aspects of the private equity life-cycle, from fund formation to exit, working with managers, corporates and PE houses on mid-market and large-cap transactions.

You will collaborate closely with partners and associates, handling complex and high-profile deals in a fast-paced environment, with training and development opportunities offered by the firm.
