London M&E Pre-Construction Manager - Lead & Win Bids

Harmony Fire is seeking a Pre-Construction Manager to lead the M&E pre-construction activity in London, owning the full bid process from enquiry to submission for fire alarms, emergency lighting, sprinklers, and related works.

You will manage and develop the M&E pre-construction team, collaborate with estimating, design, procurement and delivery teams, and build strong client and consultant relationships to drive growth across London.
