Oversee import and export ensuring compliance with EAR and potentially ITAR as well as trade laws and customs requirements. with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs X ensure smooth shipments and minimize delays. Monitor and optimize costs, with suppliers and carriers to secure the best and service levels. Ensure compliance with Incoterms, trade and customs X , particularly within the EU (Switzerland, Sweden, Spain, France, Austria, Netherlands) and the US. Develop and implement logistics performance metrics to monitor efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service levels. Ensure proper and compliance for export-controlled aerospace products under EAR and ITAR where applicable. with procurement, production, and sales teams X logistics and supply chain with business goals. Ensure the proper handling and storage of goods, maintaining quality and safety standards. Stay on industry trends, changes, and best practices in logistics, and export-import management. Address any logistics disruptions or supply chain risks, implementing contingency plans to maintain requirements Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Trade, Business or a field. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in logistics, and export-import Strong knowledge of EAR, ITAR, trade customs compliance, and shipping procedures. Experience in freight logistics cost analysis, and contract management. Proficiency in ERP and WMS X and inventory management. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills. Excellent and skills for liaising with global partners and agencies. Experience in the aerospace industry, with a strong understanding of controlled goods logistics and compliance.Preferred in Trade ( , CILT, CSCMP, or APICS CTL).
