Your Role: We are looking for a results-oriented and proactive professional to lead and manage key logistics partnerships. You will be responsible for ensuring that our logistics services meet and exceed performance expectations, implementing strategies to continuously improve operational efficiency, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build logistics partners relationship for long term partnership to support business needs i.e service level improvement, cost optimization, customer experience, etc.
- Lead recurrent business review meetings with key transportation 3PLs to continuously make improvement in operational setup.
- Monitor and manage the performance of main operational KPIs of logistics partners through dashboards and reports, and propose improvement ideas based on data analysis.
- Support the onboarding of new logistics partners in the platform from an operational point of view (cut off times, capacities, SLAs, etc)
- Work with different internal & external stakeholders in diverse projects to improve continuously service levels & bring efficiency into operations.
- Problem solving mindset to anticipate operational issue and proactively improve logistics service level.
Requirements:
- More than 3 years of work experience in logistics industry, experience of logistics for E-commerce platform will be a plus.
- Fluent in Spanish and English languages.
- Good relationship with logistics partners, mainly domestic courier companies in Spain.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, able to translate business results into solutions.
- Ability to think out of the box and help driving creative excellence.
- Attention to detail and communication skills.
- Knowledge on technical part of 3PL system integration is a plus.
- Thrive in fast-pace environment, energetic and adaptive to change.
