Job Title: Logistics Operative

Location: Braintree, Essex

Contract: Full-time, Temp to Perm

Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour

Hours: Monday to Thursday 7.55am - 4.55pm and Friday, 7.55am - 4pm

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and detail-focused Stores / Logistics Operative to support our client,based in Braintree, Essex. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience within a specialist environment, with full training provided.

Key Duties:

• Receive parts and materials into the facility in line with site procedures
• Checking part numbers, quantities, and documentation against orders
• Accurately entering data into internal systems
• Moving and storing parts within the facility
• Identifying components using work instructions and part lists
• Building kits for production and repair teams
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
• Following all procedures, quality standards, and health & safety requirements

About You:

You'll be a reliable and organised individual with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to your work. You'll be comfortable following processes and working in a structured environment where accuracy is key.

Requirements:

• Good attention to detail
• Basic IT skills and ability to learn internal systems
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures
• Willingness to carry out light physical work
• Reliable with good timekeeping
• Previous warehouse or stores experience is desirable but not essential
