Logistics Employee Bakery

As an order picker, you'll combine physical tasks with system-based responsibilities, working in a dynamic environment where quality and safety are key. • Allocate bread to the correct customer locations using our distribution information system.
• Perform final quality checks before products leave the bakery.
• Record shortages or surpluses in the system accurately.
• Assist in loading transport vehicles and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.
• Follow established procedures and safety regulations, including HACCP guidelines.

• You earn a gross hourly salary of €17.14 plus 34% and 37% allowances, and extra weekend bonuses.
• You start with a temporary contract with a clear outlook on a permanent position.
• You work 35-40 hours per week with attention to a healthy work-life balance.
• You have fixed evening/night shifts between 17:00 and 03:00.
• You receive your schedule one week in advance, so you can plan your private life.
• You follow a two-week onboarding programme with clear guidance.
• You get targeted training in logistics, systems and HACCP procedures.
• You can grow towards process improvement or an (assistant) team leader role.
• You work in a modern, automated bakery in Aalsmeer.

• MBO-level education with logistics or relevant experience.
• Comfortable with routine tasks and following procedures consistently.
• Willing to work evenings, nights, and weekends.
• Physically fit for standing, lifting, and active tasks.
• Proficient in Dutch or English for communication and systems.
