We're on the lookout for a Portuguese-Speaking Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic and passionate team at 4th Dimension Innovation in Egham Central, Surrey. Main Duties:

• Coordinate and monitor the full transport cycle across the 365 Moto operation and associated 4th Dimension Group businesses.
• Ensure motorcycles are transported safely and efficiently across the UK.
• Handle over 50 inbound and outbound calls daily, communicating with drivers, clients, and partner companies.
• Plan, organize, and issue routes using our in-house logistics systems.
• Ensure customers are informed about and make payments for excess and additional charges.
• Work closely with Driver Team Leaders to maintain vehicle standards and performance.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency, safety, and service quality.
• Liaise with internal teams like MotoMine, Hire Fleet, and Farnham Honda to meet all transportation needs.

The Essentials:

• Hours: Tuesday to Saturday
• Hours: Shift Patterned - Earliest start: 7am Latest finish: 630pm
• Salary: £27,000 to £28,500
• Location: On-site, Egham Central, Surrey - Some Hybrid availability after Probation
• Contract: Full-time
