Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised Logistics Administrator for one of our clients based in Norwich, on a full time, temp to perm basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, record keeping, and maintaining documentation.
  • Organise transportation logistics, including liaising with transport companies and confirming delivery details.
  • Manage and update spreadsheets and delivery notes to track shipments and ensure accurate records.
  • Communicate with transport companies to arrange deliveries and resolve any issues or delays.
  • Input job details and delivery information into the system, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Schedule and manage deliveries, working closely with customers to ensure smooth operations.

About You:

  • Previous admin experience is essential
  • Customer service experience desire
  • good organisational skills
  • High attention to detail
