Logistics Administrator - Hatfield - £15.91 per hour Umbrella - Contract

We are recruiting for a Logistics Administrator based in Hatfield on Contract for a leading IT Service Provider.

The Logistics Helpdesk is an extremely busy and reactive environment. The successful candidate needs to be happy speaking with people, be efficient in prioritising and multitasking and have the ability to remain positive even when faced with difficult challenges.

The role includes:

1. answering emails, tasks and teams calls from Inside Sales, Projects and Delivery Management Teams
2. amending and updating orders
3. obtaining POD's
4. progressing claims within the required timeframe
5. arranging carriage forwards
6. dealing with suspended orders
7. liaising with couriers regarding quotations, deliveries and dealing with invoice checks and queries
8. dealing with Returns requests, liaising with customers for collection, suppliers for RMA's and working in SAP to process the credit to the customer
9. Processing Buy & Store orders
10. Providing cover for the creation of commercial invoice paperwork for international shipments
