Locum Property Solicitor / Legal Executive (NQ - 2 PQE)

Devon £45-£65 per hour 3-6 Month Contract approx.

A well-regarded, purpose-led law firm in Devon is seeking a Locum Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to support their team on an initial 3-6 month contract.

The Role:

• Managing a caseload of commercial and residential property matters
• Drafting and negotiating leases and transfers
• Conducting title reviews and Land Registry work
• Working both independently and as part of a supportive team

Requirements:

• NQ - 2 years' PQE in property law
• Experience handling residential and/or commercial property matters
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Details:

• £45-£65 per hour (DOE)
• Ideally full-time, though a minimum of 3 days per week will be considered
• Immediate start preferred
