Responsibilities

The role will involve:

• Handling a full private client caseload including wills, probate, estate administration, and LPAs
• Advising clients on inheritance tax and estate planning matters
• Managing files from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision
• Providing support on more complex estates where required
• Maintaining high levels of client care and professionalism

Qualifications

• Be a qualified Solicitor with strong experience in private client law
• Be confident managing a full caseload independently
• Have experience dealing with probate and estate administration matters
• Be able to start at short notice or immediately available
• Be comfortable working on a hybrid basis in Cardiff
