Locum Inquests Lawyer - Wales - Hybrid Working - £55 umbrella

Venn Group's specialist Legal team has partnered with a public sector body in Wales seeking an experienced Locum Inquests Lawyer for an initial three-month assignment, starting as soon as possible.

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing a full caseload
2. Attending court hearings, including travel, and supporting counsel when necessary
3. Advocating at inquests and pre-inquest review hearings
4. Meeting deadlines, quality standards, and KPIs
5. Adhering to relevant policies and procedures

This role is suitable for a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with prior experience in advocating at inquests. On-site attendance at inquests is required.

The role offers an hourly rate of up to £55 umbrella.
