Hiring a Locum Consultant Dermatologist with a Diploma in Dermatology or equivalent to assist with triage of dermatology referrals. Pay rate: Up to £2500 per day!

National Locums is hiring Consultant Dermatologists and SPR/Associate Specialists for various roles:

• Minor-ops
• Biologics
• 2ww clinics
• WLIs and patient backlog clearing

Pay rates range from £800 to £2500 per day. Most work is private clinic-led, paid via limited company, umbrella, or self-employment. Duration: 3 months to 1 year. Candidates must be able to see general dermatology patients directly referred by GPs, conduct investigations, diagnose, and recommend treatments.

When appropriate, refer patients back to their GPs with advice for ongoing management or for specialist opinions from Senior Consultants, Plastic Surgeons, or Dermatology Nurse Specialists.

Support dermatology nurse specialists through joint patient reviews and provide advice on dermatological cases.

Perform diagnostic biopsies, cryotherapy, curettage, and cautery procedures.

The successful candidate will have nursing support during clinics.
