We are looking for a LocumGynaecologyConsultant to joinour team ofConsultants in Women's Health at Southmead Hospital, Bristol. Due to recentnational appointments, we have created a need for a locumto join ourgrowingteam and to supportour core business.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team when we are developing and expanding services offering high quality care to our women in all parts of our service.
The post holder will hold CCT in Obstetricsand Gynaecologyor be within 6 months of this. They may haveadditionalexperience in other specialist areas to meet the needs of the department.
The postholder willbe responsible forthe clinical management of patients under their care, and, in liaison with consultant colleagues, continuity of care when the post holder is absent.The postholder willbe responsible forthe professional supervision and management of junior medical staff.The postholder willberequiredto take part in a Clinical Audit Programme.
