Birchrose Associates is representing a respected law firm seeking a Locum Commercial Property Solicitor for a period of 3 - 6 months, on a fully remote working basis.

The Opportunity

Our client is a well-regarded law firm with a strong reputation for its Commercial Property offering. The firm is seeking a Locum Commercial Property Solicitor to support the team on an interim basis for 3 - 6 months, part-time or full-time, starting ASAP. This is a remote opportunity.

Responsibilities

The successful Locum Commercial Property Solicitor will handle a varied caseload of commercial property matters, advising a range of clients including those in the education sector on matters such as academy conversions and school property transactions. The caseload will include:

• Handling acquisitions and disposals

• Advising on landlord and tenant matters

• Academy conversions and school site transactions
