Local Authority HGV Waste Crew Leader

Civic Recruitment Limited is recruiting for a 3 month contract role with a local authority in Monmouthshire, based at Caldicot Depot. As Team Leader you will supervise waste and recycling collection crews and safely operate HGVs along assigned routes.

You will ensure all waste streams are collected to high standards, maintain daily vehicle inspections, monitor safety, and act as the link between crews and supervisors, while promoting excellent customer service.
