Job description:

Enfinity is looking for a Loan Compliance Manager to join the European team. You will need to have expertise in monitoring and controlling compliance with financing agreements. Strong background in ensuring covenant compliance and analyzing financial performance.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control the periodic compliance of all obligations in the financing agreements.
• Manage communications to lenders in accordance with the funding agreements, coordinating with the Loan Agency team and supporting the activities of the Loan Agency team as required.
• Coordinate lender approval for any waivers and contract amendments with the support of the legal and operations team.
• Manage the preparation of lender reports.
• Calculate amounts to be paid by borrowers and lenders in accordance with agreements, such as fees, interest (determining interest periods and reference interest rates applicable to each period) and principal repayments/amortizations; execute instructions to make payments on each payment date in accordance with the financing agreement.
• Preparation of the drawdown request and coordination with the operational teams and verification of the conditions and documentation support. Coordinate with the agency and the legal department.
• Prepare certificates of compliance and coordinate distribution requests, including management approval.
• Ensure full and timely compliance with the various covenants in the relevant facility agreement (information covenants, negative covenants, events of default).
• Coordinating the analysis of monthly actuals against budget with the financial departments.

Qualifications & experience:

• Experience in renewables energy companies, banking/financial will be a plus.
• Experience in Loans Administration, calculations of loan settlements, management of participations, relation with Lenders, etc.
• English level C1 / Italian is a plus.
• Proactive attitude, quick learner and proficient team player.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and to prioritize tasks accordingly.
• Strong work ethic, a proactive approach and can-do mindset.
