Litigation Solicitor (NQ-2) Times Best Firm, L500 & Chambers, Progression Focus

Join a growing disputes team in London to work on a broad range of commercial and property litigation.

You will take ownership of your own caseload, advising clients on strategy, drafting correspondence, conducting negotiations, and undertaking advocacy. You will maintain strong client relationships, ensure compliance with client care standards, and contribute to growth through business development and networking. You may also support and supervise junior team members as your experience grows.

Newly Qualified to 2 PQE Solicitor with experience in commercial and property litigation. Strong required skills include:

• Broad grounding in disputes work including landlord and tenant matters and contractual disputes
• Experience acting for privately paying clients, including individuals and SMEs
• Strong communication skills and ability to build lasting client relationships
• Proactive and commercially aware approach
• Excellent organisation and ability to manage competing priorities effectively
• Experience with alternative funding arrangements or advocacy in the County Court or Tribunal is an advantage but not essential
