Role

You will be overseeing a mixed caseload of commercial and civil litigation matters, while leading and developing a team of fee earners. The department handles a range of disputes including commercial contract disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, contentious probate, professional negligence claims, property disputes and general civil disputes. Alongside managing your own caseload of matters, you will be maintaining and building strong client relationships, leading and supervising the litigation team as well as supporting business development initiatives.

Candidate

Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives with at least 8+ PQE in dealing with commercial and civil litigation. You will be playing a key role in the firm's continued growth and be a commercially astute litigator looking to shape strategy, mentor a team and continue growing the team. The appointed Litigation Solicitor will be ambitious and possess a strong background in both commercial and civil litigation.
