An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Civil Litigation Solicitor, Litigation Lawyer or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx) to join a well-established Devon law firm.

You'll inherit a quality caseload and loyal client base from day one allowing you to focus on delivering excellent legal advice and progressing your career.

The Role

Manage a varied caseload including:

• Professional Negligence
• Property & Boundary Disputes
• Contentious Probate
• Professional Negligence
• Landlord & Tenant Disputes
• Debt Recovery
• Personal Injury (RTA, EL & PL)
• General Civil Litigation

You'll handle matters from instruction through to settlement or trial, working with a supportive team and enjoying genuine autonomy.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx)
• 5+ years' PQE in Civil Litigation or Dispute Resolution
• Confident managing your own caseload
• Strong client care and communication skills
• Looking for long-term progression into a senior role
