Job Opportunity: Litigation Lawyer

Location: Bognor Regis

Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Litigation Lawyer with at least 2 years' PQE to join a welcoming and supportive firm in Bognor Regis.

Role Requirements:

Experience:

• Demonstrated expertise in managing a varied caseload, including contract disputes, contentious probate, neighbour and property disputes, professional negligence and landlord & tenant issues.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, showing initiative and problem-solving skills.
• An interest in contributing to the growth and development of the litigation department.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of civil litigation and dispute resolution processes.
• Proven ability to offer practical, jargon-free advice tailored to client needs.
• Skilled in handling County Court, tribunal, arbitration, and mediation cases.
