Job Description
Commercial & Civil Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive Taunton 
The firms litigationis currently led by a sole fee earner who needs your support.
Responsibilities:- Handle a varied litigation caseload
- This will includeproperty litigation, contentious probate &contract disputes amongst other matters
- Support an existing partner
- Maintain high standards of client care, including being accessible for face-to-face client meetings
- Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
- Mainly office-based working model (rather than hybrid), supporting strong client accessibility
- No glass ceiling to progress to partnership and beyond. This firm have one eye onsuccession planning
- Qualified solicitor/legal executive with experience in general litigation
- Able to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision
- Comfortable meeting clients in person
- Strong client-care mindset; approachable and responsive
