Position Description

Do you have 2 - 3 years of file handling experience with a particular emphasis on contested debt matters? Can you handle your own caseload of varied business debt matters? Our established practice is seeking to recruit into its litigation team with an emphasis on debt matters. The role includes managing the entire litigation and recovery process, including all aspects of litigation to conclusion. Formal qualification is not as important as relevant experience in this field. Strong IT and client care skills are essential.
