A modern and well regarded law firm in the heart of Lincoln is going through a significant period of expansion and as such is looking to recruit a senior solicitor to join the team on a full time permanent basis.

The role will involve managing a case load of complex litigation matters across landlord and tenant disputes, evictions and debt and to oversee a team of up to 10 paralegals. The role is extremely varied, you will be involved in overseeing the workload of the team, identifying and providing any necessary training needs, recruiting for the team and being part of the management team.

The firm offers plenty of flexibility and hybrid working, free parking, competitive salary packages up to £65k so this is an opportunity not to be missed.

Minimum Requirements:
To be considered, you will be a qualified solicitor with at least 5 yrs PQE and have solid litigation experience. Previous experience of managing a team is advantageous but not essential.
