Are you a motivated Litigation Paralegal looking to join a well-established law firm in Warwickshire? This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a busy and growing Dispute Resolution team, working alongside experienced solicitors on a broad range of contentious matters while developing your career within a supportive and professional environment.

The successful candidate will gain exposure to a varied caseload and play a key role in supporting fee earners on litigation matters from initial instruction through to conclusion.

The Role

As a Litigation Paralegal, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting solicitors and partners with a varied caseload of litigation matters
• Drafting legal correspondence, court documents, witness statements, and applications
• Conducting legal research and preparing case summaries
• Reviewing and organising disclosure documentation
• Liaising with clients, barristers, courts, experts, and third parties
• Preparing trial bundles, court bundles, and hearing documentation
• Managing key dates, court deadlines, and compliance requirements
• Maintaining accurate case management records and file administration
• Supporting fee earners throughout the litigation process

About You

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Previous experience working as a Litigation Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or Litigation Assistant
• Experience within civil litigation, commercial litigation, dispute resolution, property litigation, debt recovery, or related areas
• Strong drafting and legal research skills
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• A Law Degree, LPC, SQE, CILEX qualification, or equivalent legal background
